Clarify Drop Counting Against Thrower

Love the app and the recent changes btw. I was playing around and noticed that a drop counted as a throwaway against the thrower and a drop against the person who's dropped it. If it genuinely was a good throw but someone has butter fingers, should that be counted against the thrower? (not a pro player on my end at all and am playing socially with some inexperienced friends haha)
